I am a big fan of KDRAMA and KPOP idols, especially BTS 🥰. I have always admired their clear and healthy glowy skin. Have you ever wondered how you can get such good skin ?. It is not impossible but you need to care for it and have patience. You have to act knowing what skin needs 🤔.
Following a skincare routine is not enough, you need to use the right products that suit your skin 🧐. But that doesn't mean that you need to use expensive skin care products. There are drugstore products that perform much better than any expensive high-end products. Just having a skincare routine is not enough too. You have to follow it strictly.

Proper hydration not only improves the skin, hair but also overall health. So it is very important to stay hydrated all the time. You have to drink at least 8 to 9 glasses of water. Drinking water helps you to flush out all the toxins your body might have. It also improves blood flow and gives even skin tone.
I am not telling you to stop eating your favorite food. But eat more veggies and fruits 🍓. Don't forget what you eat is what we are. So if you want healthy skin, eat healthy foods. Always wash your face twice a day using a mild face wash. Do not wash your face more than twice a day as your face might get dry. Washing your face only once might not be effective if you wear makeup or exposed to pollution and dust. So wash your face in the morning and at night as part of your skincare routine. Using mild face wash is also important as using a strong face wash may dry out your skin.
Sleeping for eight hours has many benefits to the skin that's why it is called beauty sleep. The skin produces collagen while sleeping which prevents sagging while sleeping. Sleeping also improves blood flow which helps to get glowing skin, healthy hair, and also to get bright and less puffy eyes.
Most of us have the habit of touching the face quite often. This can also cause pimples. Unwashed hands might have germs and bacterias, so touching our face can cause pimples. If it is so hard to stop then use sanitizers to clean your hand before touching your face. Another bad habit we have is picking on zits and popping pimples. Doing this can cause the infected liquid to spill into the dermis which can then spread and cause more pimples, and I don't even want to get started with the scary scars left behind.

Changing your pillow cover often can also prevent pimples. The pillows accumulate a lot of product residue as each time you sleep on it with all the skincare products on your face. Over time germs can get into the pillow and it can cause pimples. So changing pillow covers can stop this from happening. As compared to other materials, silk pillow covers have so many benefits. As it is less drying for skin and hair,and causes less friction on the skin it helps with preventing wrinkles and fine lines.
Who doesn’t like a yummy donut right ? but sweet products have a very high glycemic index. Foods with a high glycemic index can not only increase your weight but also can cause pimples. So avoid food like white bread, baked goods, sugary sodas, sweets, and alcohol as they have a high glycemic index. I know it might be difficult but the results will be worth it 👍🏻.
We all love makeup, but if you don't pick non-comedogenic products as base this can also cause pimples. When using foundation it is important to use a primer as it prevents the foundation from clogging your pores. Even if you use a non clogging makeup it is important to remove it before bed.
I know I already mentioned cleansing, but not 'how to cleanse properly' when wearing makeup. Cleansing after wearing makeup is really important as you have to get rid of every single residue of makeup from your skin otherwise it may cause acne. I know most of us just use a makeup wipe and then use a face wash and be done with it.
But that's not enough to remove waterproof maekup products also using a makeup wipe to remove makeup on the long run can cause wrinkles and sagginess. And most importantly makeup wipes are not good for our enviornment 🌳🌊.
The best way to remove makeup is to use an oil-based cleanser to break down the makeup. Then use a foam cleanser to wash away the makeup. Then use micellar water to cleanse the face one more time if needed. If you are wearing waterproof mascara and it is still on your face then carefully remove it using a cotton swab and micellar water. Then wash your face one more time with water. I know so many steps but it is important because if you are not cleansing it properly you might be applying your moisturizers and serums on top of a dirty face.

Getting rid of dead skin is very important to achieve a healthy glow to the skin. To get rid of dead skin most of us opt for a physical exfoliant. But using a chemical exfoliant is the right way. As they are far safer than physical exfoliants and they don't rub or irritate the skin.
The main thing I want to mention is that if you are new to using chemical peels. Start with once a week then slowly build it by using it twice then thrice. Don't exfoliate your skin more than three times a week 🚫. And when using chemical peels only use a little bit and don't leave it on for more than 5 minutes. Follow the directions on the product if not you might burn your skin.
The best way to get rid of acne marks is to use spot treatments. There are so many spot treatments available in the market which you can use to treat acne spots. But if you are suffering from acne then you can use an acne patch to get rid of the acne.
When using makeup it is important to use clean brushes. You should clean the makeup brushes at least once a week. A used makeup brush is a playground for germs so if you use that brush again it can cause pimples and even skin irritation.
Using a clean face towel is really important to maintain clear skin. Using the same towel you use for your body and hair for the face is a big no as they might be filled with germs. Always keep an extra clean towel for your face and do not use it for anything else. And wash it every day to keep the germs at bay.
When choosing a facial towel opt for a microfiber towel as they are more gentle on the face. And when using a towel always dab the face do not drag the facial towel as in the long run it might cause wrinkles and sagginess.
