Many estheticians suggest oil cleansers for massages but you can also first clean your face with micellar water, and mix a non comedogenic essential oil and carrier oil that suits your skin type and do a quick massage around 3-5 minutes on the face and neck.
You can do the massage in the morning or evening. If you are targeting lymphatic drainage it's better to do it in the evening as you might feel a little tired after it.
